17 North Event Center is available for rent for private parties, business events, and community events! We also hold our own events that are open to the public–take a look at what’s coming up on our calendar.

Located at 17 North Main Street in downtown Philippi, West Virginia, our event center is the perfect venue for your next event. The facility is managed by 17 North Event Center executive director Jodee Nelson.

This unique and fun space is one-story and provides 6,000 square feet of space. It features a spacious main room accommodating up to 300 people (125 seated), a stage with lighting, and a variety of seating options including hightop and dining tables with chairs—the basics you need to host a successful event.
